Q: Symptoms – Headache, nausea, fatigue, unexplained bruises, loss of appetite, etc.?!?
So I’ve been feeling all of these symptoms lately and I was just hoping that maybe some of you health gurus out there would have any idea. My current theory is that it’s just stress, but I don’t really know.
But yes. My headache is fairly constant, though it fluctuates in the amount of pain. At it’s worst it is sharp and debilitating, usually around the side of my head and behind my eyes (though it varies.) I’m also nauseous a LOT, which may or may not be related to my loss of appetite. In addition I’ve been noticing random bruising along my legs and some on my arms that I can’t explain (and I don’t bruise easily!). I’ve also been really tired and weak feeling, and occasionally I’ll start shaking slightly to the point where it’s noticable to other people.
Any ideas? I don’t think it’s serious enough to go to a doctor, I mean they’re just gonna tell me it’s stress anyway.
Oh, I forgot insomnia. Well, the word insomnia may be a bit over-kill but I am definitely having trouble falling asleep at night. Which is weird because I am so exhausted all the time!

A: I think it’s aplastic anemia…http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/aplastic-anemia/DS00322/DSECTION=symptoms

No matter what it really is, time to get to the doctor…try an internist (an internal medicine doctor that is for adults only and looks at a problem in it’s entirety)

Q: What causes these symptoms of heat stroke:nausea, disorientation, headache, and low blood pressure?
and why don’t people sweat when they have heat stroke? what causes it?

A: They sweat all right, and the heat stroke follows. One big mechanism is the loss of sodium. Salt tablets can prevent or cure the condition very nicely.

Q: How do the symptoms of a concussion, like nausea, headache, neck pain and irritability, last?

A: i’ve had a few real bad concussions, and after the last one, when i wrecked my pickup truck, it really f***ed me up, i’m pissed off all the time, i have ocassional seizures, and have difficulty remembering stuff. the nausea, headache and the rest can last for a few weeks, and if you have liquid coming out of your ear, you got to go to the hospital right away. Strictly sucks.

Q: I have severe upper neck pain with a headache and nausea. What can I do to relive my symptoms?
It all started after I fell asleep in the car and kinked my neck. Now I can’t hold my neck up for more then 5 min with out getting a penalizing headache and getting sick to my stomach. If I’m still it will go away but comes back as soon as I start moving….help what can I do?

A: You may want to use this link,, it’s easy, free and really good.

Q: Could there be something more than my Celiac disease causing painful symptoms? stomach pain, nausea, headache?
Over a month ago I was diagnosed with Celiac disease and began a strict gluten free diet. I still have stomach pain, nausea, headaches and severe fatigue almost all the time. I am only 16 years old and have a very healthy diet. My doctor reccomended staying away from dairy for a few months because celiac disease can cause temporary lactose intolerance that can contribute to symptoms. I’ve cut out dairy for weeks and feel no better. Is it possible that there is something else contributing to my pain like some other disease or condition? The doctor has no idea why I am feeling so much nausea and said that after less than a month most people who have Celiac disease feel much better. I don’t. Sometimes I have these really painful gas pains in my intestine on the left side and I have felt my stomach and it feels like my intestine is hard and lumpy on the left side.

A: I would say give it more time. Most celiac patients see relief in 2-6 weeks, HOWEVER it can take soem months, even years to heal the damage to the intestines. I assume you had blood work and/or an endoscopy ti diagnose the Celiac and your doc is familiar with Celiac and all its applications?
You could be eating gluten and not realize it. It can take much time to learn all the names for gluten and learn how to follow the diet.
Also, cutting out the gluten and the dairy can be quite a shock to your system and in turn cause the nausea, etc. Especially if u are replacing the dairy with soy, which can cause these symptoms in some ppl. And fake sugars (often found in “health” foods) can cause the symptoms listed.

I would say give it some more time and then see your doc again. He should do follow up blood work and possibly a secondary endoscopy to assure your villa are healing anyway.
These sites should help, feel free to email me for further info.

Q: Can anyone explain these symptoms, nausea, headaches, weakness, and dizzyiness?
i’m 13 and i just woke up with these symptoms. i’m so dizzy that i almost fell down. no, i’m not drunk. i have on and off nausea.
i’m still a virgin people!

A: could be anything from pregnancy to diabetes to the flu. see a doctor

Q: i have symptoms nausea (throw up few times),headache, joins pain, weakness.. what kind of sickness do i have?
is it food poisoning or i caught some sickness from the dinner we had with friends because we all used the same spoon and fork to eat and took the dishes… can it be hepatitis A or any other virus?

A: it’s probably this winter sickness bug that’s been doing the rounds just now.Has the same symptoms as flu

Q: what is wrong with me? Headache & nausea no cold symptoms?
I have been feeling not quite right for 3 days now. My head really hurts, it feels like there’s alot of pressure on my forehead mainly. Everytime I bend down, it adds to the pressure and then i get severe pain on my forehead.
I feel dizzy when i stand up, and when i lay down it hurts at the back of my head for a while then it slowly dies down.

I do not have a cold. I don’t have a runny nose or any other cold symptoms. It is only my head that seems to be affected.

What is wrong with me please help?!

A: There are a number of possibilities, so it is really impossible to say what is the cause. What I can do is give you some good natural remedies for headaches and migraines.

Chronic migraines can be a sign that the body is deficient in the minerals magnesium, calcium and iron. Eating more dark greens are good for these minerals. Also start trying to include seaweed like Nori, hijiki and wakame into your diet. They are rich with these minerals and other nutrition.

Try hydrotherapy with aromatherapy. Prepare a hot bath with and put a few drops of lavender and peppermint essential oils into the bath. Also prepare 4 drops of each together with 20 drops of olive oil and rub on temples. Get into the bath and take a long relaxing “holiday in a bath”.

As a herbal remedy try feverfew. It has been found to be as effective as many over the counter pain relievers for chronic headaches and migraines. Take 100 milligrams a day in capsule form.

Ginger tea has also been found very effective.

Q: if u have nausea and headache is that still considered a touch of the flu without the other symptoms?
and for the girls, have u ever felt nauseas during ur period?
ive had it for bout a week, im not preg.

A: there is no such thing as a “touch of the flu”. Influenza, as anyone knows who has had it, never just “touches” you. If all I had was nausea and headache, I’d consider food poisioning of some sort.

Q: symptoms: metallic taste, stiff neck, nausea, headache?
Does anyone know what this could be? Please answer as soon as possible!

A: The stiff neck nausea and headache are symptoms of meningitis, especially if you have a fever. The metallic taste is a bit worrying. Regardless, I recommend that you see a doctor as soon as possible.

Q: what symptoms include nausea, headaches, fatigue, disorientation and being tired?
I have not been feeling well for the last week or so. I am very tired (ie, coming home after work and sleeping until time to get up for work the next morning), I have been nauseaus at night, I have been very fatigued and almost flu like and today it was worse than ever.

A: It could be anything from pregnancy to a virus. The best way to find out is to go see your doc and get checked out.

Q: what do i have? symptoms- nausea, headaches, and low fevers? been going on for 2 weeks….?
thts abt the extent of my symptoms. i went to the doctor but they weren’t very much help…
i am not congested, have no cough, sore throat, or any typical symptoms that would point to a cold, flu, sore throat, or strep

A: its the flu and it last 2 weeks or sometimes 3

Q: can nausea, constant headaches, and diarrhea be symptoms of pregnancy?
i know that nausea is a symptom of pregnancy but what about the other two? i have had diarrhea for two days, and have a constant headache for like the past week straight and nothing will get rid of it. also i woke up this morning with a temp of 96.5 and have felt like throwing up all day. i had something that i think was implantation bleeding about a week ago so i am getting a test friday when my hubby gets paid.

A: Do you normally have a very low temp? Nausea and headaches are symptoms of pregnancy (though even non-pregnant people get those). And I used to be constipated, but now I’ve more loose stools too. I’m now 14 weeks pregnant, and ever since a month and a half ago, my basal temperature has always been over 98.2 degree F. A temperature of 96.5 is pretty low for pregnancy, unless you’re used to having much lower basal temperature in the past.

The most accurate way is to have blood test to test your hCG level.

Q: what kind of sickness has symptoms such as headache, stomach pain, nausea, nape pain, weakness and fever?
hmm. i sorta need an answer to this question. we are having a contest like game in our school :) )

A: Because of the neck pain it could be meningitis
Also the Bubonic Plague could begin with these symptoms

Q: can nausea and headache be part of asthma symptoms?

A: That sounds more like a migraine headache. I have Asthma
and so does my family and I haven’t heard of that before. Check
with your DR. just in case. It can be sinus headaches.
