Q: What would the sickness be for these symptoms? Sore throat, chills, fever, mild headache, a little dizziness?
What would the sickness be for these symptoms?
My daughter is 12 years old. It began with a sore and rough throat.
She now is experiencing chills, fever, mild headache, and a little dizziness.
I am guessing flu, or strep throat?

A: Yep….somewhere up that alley. There are always weird germs going around so go buy that aloe vera plant and give it to her. I know it is disgustingly nasty but it will definately defend her from these germs out here, in addition to strengthen her immune system. Also alot of healthy soup involving peas

Q: HELP. MY 8 Year old daughter has strange symptoms…sore throat, headache, muscle pain…NO FEVER?
She tells me that her body just doesn’t feel right. She’s had a headache for about 2 days now…she says her neck hurts too especially when she moves her head in any direction. She started complaining of her throat hurting today, and also saying her muscles were hurting and she described it as cramping. Any ideas what might cause this? I’m calling the dr. tomorrow, but don’t know if I should seek medical attention for her sooner. Please help.

A: Sounds like it could be the flu. Good thing to go to doc tomorrow he may be able to give her meds to stop it from becoming worse. If her cramping or head hurts to where she is crying. I would take her to ER you never know with kids. Could be strep too but most kids run a fever. Can she put her chin to her chest? If she can’t or it hurts really bad to do so it also could be meningitis. You can call her doctors number and they will call you back. So you at least have peace of mind tonight.Good Luck.

Q: Symptoms: Headache, Sore throat, Dizyness, blocked nose, slight cough/sneezing trouble breathing.?
I have been unwell for a few days and i don’t know what it is exactly, what could i have?
Please help thanks!
x
Oh yeah aslo i have chills/keep shivering and i keep gettin hot cold hot ect… thanks guys x

A: It sounds like the flu that my kids had. The doctor said to just treat the symptoms. I am worried about the trouble breathing. Please go in to your doctor so he/she can rule out pneumonia. Hope you feel well soon!

Q: Sinus/pressure headache & sore throat with no other symptoms?
For three days I’ve had a sinus headache, like the one you get when you have a fever and if you move your head too quickly it aches, and a slightly sore throat that feels kind of tight but I’ve felt fine otherwise and I am fine doing my daily routine and such, unless I move my head too quickly lol. I haven’t been tired or had a blocked/runny nose or any other symptoms.

What is this supposed to be? Is it a cold, or allergies or what?
Btw I don’t have health insurance yet, I’m not going to the doctor lol

A: allergy or sinus infection. See your Dr.

Q: I have Hayfever and was wondering if a bad tension headache and sore throat can be symptoms of this?
I have also been feeling really sleepy and worn out and have also been quite light headed.
I am anaemic but am taking tablets for that so don’t know what else it could be?
Please help I’m really paranoid!

A: yes also sneezing itchy eyes and running nose

Q: what do i have?symptoms include sore throat, headache, severe neck pain. is it laryngitis?strep throat?plz help?
should i see a doctor?
the flu, common cold, and strep are going around my school,do you think i got one of those?
plz help :(
link didn’t work
thanks for trying though

A: go to the doctor and get looked at… neck pain could signify meningitis

Q: what might i have if my symptoms are, headache, sore throat, and body pain?

A: flu or maybe just a cold… or you may just be over tired…

Q: What could theses symptoms be? headache, sore throat, cough, chills?

A: If you also have a high fever, like 102, consider influenza. Without a fever, possibly bronchitis or a simple upper respiratory infection..In any case, drink plenty of fluids, rest as much as you can, Tylenol for fever/body aches, headaches, or motrin if a fever is unresponsive to tylenol. Take Motrin with food to protect your stomach. Soups and teas are good to soothe a cough, avoid too much caffeine as this will dry you out, making the mucus in your chest more difficult to expel. Humidify the air. Avoid all smoke. Wash your hands often, and throw away used tissues, don’t save it for the next time. Honey can soothe a cough, and the lemon thins the mucus, use it in tea without milk. Avoid dairy as these increase mucus production. Also, green phlegm, shortness of breathe, fevers more than 3 days, all need a doctors appointment. Hope your feeling better soon.

For the past 3 weeks I have had a sore throat, stomach pain, headche, and fever. What are tjose symptoms for?And what should I do? Thank you!

A: Swine Flu

Q: is there a sickness for the following symptoms? – sore throat, puking, bad headache, dizziness, and earache ?

A: ear infection

Q: My friend has these symptoms: Blotchy skin; minor vomit; fever; sore throat; Diarrhoea; headache. Any ideas?
He also has a cough. He had a fever and headache a week ago, 4 days later came the cough, sore throat and diarrhoea and then the rash began 1 day ago with a little bit of vomiting. He has been back from Southern India for 3 weeks and had diarrhoea over there for about 5 days. He has seen a doctor but they don’t know what it is, they have suggested it might be glandular fever. Do these symptoms sound familiar with anyone?

A: has he seen a specialist in exotic diseases? I read your description and immediately thought “scarlet fever”, not something you see here in this country very often anymore, but frequently in third world countries. Your friend may also want to contact the CDC to check out his symptoms with them.

Q: Flu like symptoms body aches sore throat really bad headache what can I do to make myself feel better.?
Is these a bug out there and how do I get rid of it please.

A: my son just had something like that and was sick for a week…take some asprine and if the fever persists longer than 2 days call your doctor. In the mean time, eat chicken soup, orange juice, take vitamen C and rest, rest rest…I hope you feel better!

Q: Causes for 7 year old girl to get monthly fever, sore throat, and headache?
For the past year, my seven year old daughter has gotten a 102 fever, sore throat, and headache just about every month. The symptoms last for about 2 days and would be totally “normal” if they didn’t happen every month for almost a year! She has been tested for lyme, step, and mono. All were negative.

A: It could be Chronic Fatigue and Immune Dysfunction Syndrome. Go to an internist, preferably a specialist in auto immune disorders. They have tests that your regular GP doesn’t have access to. They’ll test your child’s ATP (an amino acid in the brain) levels. It’s a simple blood test. And if the levels are low, that’s one sign of CFIDS. It’s not fatal, or degenerative and it’s treatable.

Also, you could have Stachybotrys chartarum (Toxic Black Mold) in your house. We had that in our old house and those were my exact symptoms. It was a reaction to the overgrowth of the mold. Every month I would run a 102 fever, and it would last for 1 or 2 days and be gone.

Q: Help with my symptoms, I have a sore throat, fatigue/tiredness, and a small headache, and fever of 99.0?
I have had the sore throat 3 days, tiredness the last 4-5 days and the headache and fever started yesterday
I am afraid it might be mono, but i don’t think i shared drinks or kissed anyone the last two months

A: Very generic symptoms. Could be the flu, or a million other things.
